Service Engineer
Job Title: Service Engineer
Reporting to: Service Engineer Manager
Hours of Work: Permanent full time position working 40 hours per week Monday to Friday with
occasional Saturdays.
Main Purpose of Job: Field Service Engineers provide service, repair and installation of the full range of
kitchen appliances in our customers’ homes. As the front line of our after care function you will offer
excellent customer service and high levels of support.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
• Repair, service and installation of kitchen appliances.
• Carry out testing to ensure accurate fault diagnosis.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, delivering high standards of customer
service.
• Complete the required number of service calls per day as directed by the Service Engineer Manager.
• Coordinate with Customer Care Team in order to ensure effective planning, organisation and delivery
of service call schedule.
• Ensure accurate and timely completion of all required paperwork and reports.
• Adherence to health and safety practices and procedures.
