About this project

For our customer, an innovator in battery technology based in Europe and North America, we

are hiring a team of Finance experts tasked to build robust, scalable processes and manage

day-to-day operations, compliance and financial reporting.

Required Skills/Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a controller, with expertise in German financial markets

• Proficiency in German GAAP and IFRS standards

• Strong financial systems knowledge and advanced Excel skills

• Exceptional analytical, organizational, and communication abilities

• Fluency in English and German

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting for the German market

• Ensure compliance with German financial regulations and corporate policies

• Analyze financial performance to support strategic decision-making

• Oversee month-end and year-end processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness

• Collaborate with teams across various regions to streamline operations
