Retail Term Deposit Specialist

The ideal candidate will have following skills and attributes:

 - Degree in Business Administration or related field,

 - Minimum 1 month of work experience in banking or financial services industry, marketing, sales support, branch or call center,

 - Good level of English B1,

 - Good organizational skills,

 - Open for new tasks, flexibility,

 -  Results driven and customer focused,

 - Addictional skills: Knowledge of regulations affecting deposit accounts,

 - Medium skills of Office (Excel, Word, Power Point).

The Deposit Operations Specialist is a position responsible for the daily operational aspects of the deposit department and:

 - Customer services support – via telephone and emails communication,

 - Branch support and administrative duties for the branch,

 - Opening, closing and managing deposits,

 - Produce and manage operational reporting dashboards,

 - Monitor the activities performed by outsourcers and support another departments in order to perform tasks assigned by Lokata Facto Team,

 - Performing other duties as assigned.

Just after the first days/weeks of study, the new person would start with the following tasks:

Retail Customer Service:

• Telephone contact - outgoing tel.: Information about news, e.g. what is the % of the deposit account, Incoming tel.: Unblocking Electronic Banking,
• E-mail contact - responding to customer inquiries, e.g. documentation requirements in the inheritance process,
• Contact via Electronic Banking - answers to inquiries, system instructions.

Reports:

• Completing the competition report,
• Completing weekly communication reports.

Operational:

• Testing system functionality/improvements in the test environment,
• Updating the share capital on contract templates (Word files).
