Project Manager (Healthcare)

• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects,
• Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget,
• Develop project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility,
• Develop a detailed project plan to track progress,
• Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs,
• Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques,
• Report and escalate to management as needed,
• Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders,
• Mentor team on technical queries and resolutions,
• Coordinate with the program team & quality team for project setup and pulse activities,
• Prepare roadmaps for account growth and team members' interpersonal and technical skills.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering,
• Minimum 3-years’ experience in project management,
• Fluency in English,
• General experience in the medical or healthcare industry (must have),
• PMP, PRINCE2, or similar Project Management certification is preferred,
• Proven experience in coordinating with internal resources and third parties/vendors,
• Strong knowledge of plant transfer activities,
• Ability to mentor a team on technical queries and resolutions,
• Experience in maintaining timesheets and revenue projections,
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills,
• Proficient in using project management software.
