This is an opportunity to join IT team supporting administrative tasks for one of the Technology departaments. Our department is consisting of 500 IT specialists who are building software for investment part of the bank.
On this role you will be a core part of department supporting Head of Technology in Poland, cooperating with local Asset class heads, IT team as well collaborating with other divisions of the bank - locally and globally. You will be getting insight in to both technology and global banking.
What will you do?
- Support & coordination of recruitment processes with great focus on cooperation with external vendors and interview scheduling
- Providing support to hiring managers in recruitment & onboarding
- Updating data and procedures on our internal Confluence
- Mapping internal procedures
- Occasionally supporting Employer Branding events
- Being engaged in organization of internal events

Skills and experience:
- Previous experience on similar position in corporate environment
- Very good communication skills: both written and verbal
- Organizational skills, proactiveness and reliability
- Willing to work from office regularly – on average 2 days a week
- Good knowledge of Outlook, Microsoft Word, Excel
- Attention to detail
- Fluent English and Polish (spoken and written)
- Enjoy working in international team
- Experience of working in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of any of following: Confluence, Fieldglass is a plus
