Our Partner is seeking a dedicated Industrial Engineer to lead our Lean Manufacturing Initiatives. This role is integral in driving continuous improvement projects, optimizing throughput, material flow and capacity, and eliminating waste in our manufacturing processes. As an Industrial Engineer, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks aimed at optimizing our operations. Your expertise will be pivotal in conducting time studies, VA/NVA analysis, line balancing, and layout optimization. You will also lead discrete event simulation studies to optimize throughput, analyze material flow, implement a plan for every part, and optimize material delivery. Ultimately, your work will contribute significantly to our mission of enhancing operational efficiency and sustainability.
