• Utilize internal Talent Acquisition (TA) software on a daily basis

• Currently pursuing a degree in humanities with a strong interest in HR/Recruitment
• Basic understanding or knowledge of the HR/Recruitment field
• Basic comprehension of the IT industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively both in a team and independently
• Creative and proactive approach to tasks
• Strong curiosity and eagerness to learn and explore new things
• Proficiency in English (Intermediate level or higher)
