FINANCIAL MANAGER

Workplace: Skierniewice

You will be responsible for:

• Monthly closing process, forecasting and budgeting,
• Establish relevant KPIs and processes in order to understand the performance of the business and hence, control it. To be done together with the local team (MD, production manager and sales manager),
• Communicate to the employees of the companys performance,
• Closing and analyzing monthly P&L, BS and CF,
• Report, among other thing, P&L, BS and CF according to the group's time schedule,
• Manage the book keeping process with postings, salaries, payment etc. leading the accounting principles from a controlling and accounting perspective,
• Debt collection,
• Investment custody, the process of evaluating investment projects, verifying that they meet initial assumptions and verifying cash flow,
• Assist in margin determination, analysis and evaluation of sales,
• Responsible for cash planning, secure payment capacity and that all balance postings are reconciled and all other activities within finance.
• All duties have to be done according to polish legislation and instructions from the owner,
• You will be responsible for two accountants who will assist you in the day to day business,
• In the end of the year a new group-common ERP system will be installed. Experience in ERP system implementation. You will be actively involved in the set-up and installation process.

We expect from you:

• University degree in Finance or Economics,
• Professional certificate ACCA or CIMA - finalized or on the way,
• Minimum 3 years experience from similar positions, preferably from international companies,
• Nice to have experience in a production company,
• Well aware of business control in a production company,
• Continuous improvement of the finance function and the company is innate in Your personality,
• Experience in ERP system implantation for small company (experience in reorganization of business process for entire company will be an assets),
• We are looking for a communicative, self driven and a natural leader
• Language skills: Native in Polish and fluent in English.
