CNC Engineer

• Troubleshooting and maintaining problems related to CNC machinery in case of issue arises,
• Define Consumables and frequency assignment to ensure production continuity at the early stage of product validation,
• Interpreting project drawings to determine part specific requirements,
• Ensuring precision and quality to maintain high standards in the manufacturing proces,
• Collaborating with engineering team members to ensure CNC programs aligns with project requirements.

• Bachelor's in Manufacturing or Industrial Engineering, or relevant field,
• Fluency in English,
• A minimum of 3 years of experience,
• Proven experience with CNC program designing, preparation, test and analysis for milling and turning machines from main global manufacturers,
• Strong knowledge of semiconductors, converter topologies, and EMC/PFC design principles,
• CNC Programming in practice,
• Experience in executing complex problem-solving techniques related to fabricating technical issues,
• Good understanding of statistical tools and validation/verification techniques,
• Experience of MES/SAP, GD&T will provision,
• Green or Black Belt 6 Sigma qualifications will be an advantage,
• Openness to work stationary on site in Skawina, the heart of our Partner’s medical factory.
