We're in search of Senior C# Developer who will join our client's software team dedicated to advancing autonomy software for their marine products. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with the autonomy, systems, and customer support teams.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, test, and integrate user interface software for marine vessel autonomy.
• Conduct testing, debugging, and maintenance of reliable, safe, and production-quality code.
• Maintain software documentation and contribute to user documentation development.
• Participate in field testing & trials.
• Close collaboration with the customer support team to resolve issues.
• Engage in daily scrum meetings.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with technical teams to execute functional testing, system integration verification, and performance validation for new products using automated simulation and vessel trials.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field.
• at least 5 years of experience in C#/WPF software development, particularly with large WPF applications for commercial use.
• Proficiency in RESTful API design and development.
• Proficiency in SQL database design, querying, and management.
• Solid understanding of software development architectural principles, data modeling, and security.
• Experience with modern software development practices, including version control, Agile methodology, and CI/CD workflows.
• Preferred experience with Python and JavaScript.
• Familiarity with Shell Scripts in UNIX/Linux environments.
• Knowledge of TCP/IP networking is advantageous.
• Experience collaborating across functional teams to integrate software and hardware systems seamlessly.
• Strong communication skills (both verbal and written), with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and convincingly.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced development environment.
